How to use the flyer
Short guidance for schools, libraries, community boards, and parent groups. Keep the tone calm and factual.
Where it fits
- School council / parent-council tables and bulletin boards (with permission).
- Public library community boards.
- Faith or community group parent nights — as a resource pointer, not a campaign leaflet.
- Digital share: PDF link or QR to k12watchdog.com.
- Print packs: All packs · Meeting playbook summary and Province maps one-pager (Searchlight Seal / amber).
What to say when you hand it out
- “Independent parent tools — guides, letters, and a moderated tip tracker.”
- “Tracker tips are moderated parent reports, not proven fact or an official school record.”
- “Documents and more than one independent tip raise confidence on the trust ladder.”
- Point people to the hub first; Tracker second if they want to file or read tips.
Printing tips
- Letter size (8.5×11), colour if you can; black-and-white still works.
- Do not crop the QR — leave a quiet margin around it.
- Download: flyers/k12watchdog-flyer.pdf.
Please avoid
- Adding student names, school gossip, or unverified accusations on the flyer itself.
- Framing the hub as an official board or ministry channel.
- Confrontational slogans — the brand is practical clarity (Searchlight Seal / calm watch).
