Pick your province or territory
Open the province picker and filter to your region. Read the six topic cards in order if you are new.

Ask in writing, then document
Use toolkit letters and store replies in the evidence locker (browser-only) or your own folder.

Escalate calmly when needed

Verify locally
Board policy and provincial access rules change. Prefer primary sources over any third-party summary — including ours.
